Mary Davis – Chief Operating Officer (Otter Creek & Foothills Academy)M.Ed.
Mary has been at Otter Creek since the beginning. She has a Bachelor degree in social work and received a Master of Science in Correctional and Juvenile Justice studies. She also is certified in Juvenile Sexual Offending counseling. Mary came to Otter Creek after working over 14 years with the state. During her time she worked abuse/neglect investigations with DCBS. She also worked with DJJ youth who were on probation and those who had been committed. In 2013 Mary moved to the position of Executive Director of Programs for both Otter Creek and Foothills Academy.
Brent Reichenbach – Executive Director – MA, LPCC
Brent has obtained his Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He is in the process of completing his Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and has obtained Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI). He has experience in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy and Client Directed Outcome Informed Therapy. Brent has been working with at-risk youth for more than 10 years.
Jennifer Burks – Daily Operations Director
Ms Burks has been with Otter Creek Academy since 2010. She began her career here as line staff and was promoted to cottage supervisor in 2012. She accepted the role of Daily Operations Director in 2014. Ms Burks completed her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice at Somerset Community College.
Paige Pauley – M.Ed., LPCA, NCC
Paige Pauley is an alumni of Lindsey Wilson College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services/Counseling in 2009, as well as her Master of Education degree in Counseling/Human Development in 2015. Paige is currently a Licensed Professional Counselors Associate (LPCA) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She has been working in the mental health field for a total of three years.
Brittany Renaker LPCC Treatment Director/LPCC — Transitional Living Coordinator
Brittany is an alumni of Lindsey Wilson College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services/Counseling in 2011, as well as her Master of Education degree in Counseling/Human Development in 2013. Brittany is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and also serves as the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths trainer and Trauma Informed Care trainer for the organization as well. She served the residents of Otter Creek Academy as a counselor from 2013 until October 2016, and now performs the role of Transitional Living Coordinator, working to prepare residents for transition and relapse prevention in the final phase of our program.
Debra Redden – M.Ed.
Debra is a 2007 graduate of Lindsey Wilson College with a Bachelor Degree in Human Services and Counseling. She went on to obtain her Master’s of Education in Counseling and Human Development in 2009. Debra has been trained in TF-CBT, AutPlay Therapy and is currently working toward RPT certification. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor- with Supervisor Endorsement.
Candeda Gilmore – LPN Facility Nurse M.Ed.
Graduated from Somerset Technical College with an A.A.S. in Nursing in 2000. She has 20+ years in the medical field where she worked with Lifeline and various nursing homes. She also worked for Cardiologist Dr. Velagaldilia.
Ashley Thompson – Case Management/Intake Coordinator
Ashley graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Sociology with a Social Work concentration. She started working at Otter Creek Academy in April 2010 as a youth worker and in February 2011 was promoted to Case Manager.
Brian Tompkins – Training Coordinator –
Brian is a Graduate of Volunteer State Community State College with an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. He is also a Graduate of Somerset Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and A Graduate of Bethel University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. Has been at Foothills Academy since 2015.
Brandi Myers– Executive Administrator
Brandi has been involved in the development of Otter Creek Academy from the beginning. As Otter Creek Academy was being built, she was completing her internship at Foothills Academy and working with the Executive Director on developing an administrative plan for Otter Creek. Brandi has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Somerset Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. Brandi has worked in the community mental health system previously and has over 5 years experience in the mental health field.
